Would 6 Bangaii Cardinals with a diamond watchman goby be too much for a 36 gallon tank with a 12 gallon sump? Also, do they school and swim around the tank a lot or no?

6 bangaii Cardinals is a lot- especially in a 36G with a diamond goby. You would need at least a 30-gallon for 2, but for 6 with a diamond goby, the bioload will be to much. They like to pair up, and while you do have an even number, it is still possible that some could get picked on. If I were you, I wouldn't.

DO YOU USE A PAR METER WHEN PLACING NEW CORAL IN YOUR TANK?

  • Yes! I think it's important for the longterm health/growth of my coral.
