Hi, a few weeks ago I received a male Banggai Cardinalfish from LiveAquaria. It has been doing very well, and I know that they like to be in pairs, so yesterday I went to get one from my LFS. At first, it looked like a female, but when I looked closer at the fish it looked like a male. I think that my other Banggai is harassing it. The fish is still eating and there are no noticeable signs of disease.
What should I do? Wait? But the aggressor in an acclimation box? Put the other Banggai in the box? Trade it in?
Any help is appreciated.
