Banggai Cardinalfish Listed as Endangered?

Are Banggai cardinalfish endangered species or invasive species?

It`s endangered In the Banggai Island due to over fishing . Simple solution would be not to collect the cardinal fish for a few years . Problem would be the divers would be out of a job to support their families .

No need to even collect wild Bangaii anymore. Most place I see selling them are tank bred now. There was a Bangaii Rescue Project going on but I haven't heard much about it lately.

I agree.....they are one of the few marine species that easily reproduce in captivity.
