Hey!

So I am currently looking where to source things for my new RSR 750 and I have decided to go bare bottom.

Now BRS talks about an ABS sheet with a structured surface and that makes sense to me and I want to put a sheet in.

Unfortunately I don't have access to "structured ABS" where I live (small country in Europe)

The easiest sheets / boards I could come by are:
- Acrylic
- PVC
- PVC hard foam (?)
- Polycarbonate
- Polyethylene

Are any of these good to use or should I research more and get an ABS sheet?

Thank you in advance!

The last time that I did a BB tank, I used starboard or cutting board from where ever is cheapest... the last time it was a chef place. It gets covered in coralline and the bright white does not last.

I line the bottom of my frag tanks with travertine 4x4 tiles from the Home Depot - easy to remove and give a nice texture. You can remove these, but they do get detritus trapped in them and you can vacuum it out.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
