I haven't used my Ecotech battery backup for a while and recently plugged it in to see if it was still working. The power supply to the BBU lit up with a red led and continued to stay red for 24-48hrs. I then plugged the cable from BBU to the vortech controller, turned off the controller power cord at my DJ strip and the controller knob lit green. It seems like the vortech is getting power from the standalone BBU yet the PS is still lit red. Is this normal? Thanks in advance
