Are you dosing iodine? Is that nitrate level the same as you test at home?

The only thing I dose is Aquavitros Fuel 2x a week.

As far as my nitrates, that is exactly what I test. I have been struggling for months to get them up. I actually turned my skimmer off for almost two weeks straight just to see if I could bring them up. In the middle of the contest I turned off my bio pellets, and have not been able to bring them up at all. I was thinking my Salifert kit was busted, so I bought a new one. Then the ati test just to triple check. That's probably why my color sucks so much.

3 medium sized tangs (tomini, Fowleri, Freckle faced), Niger Trigger, melanurus wrasse, Lubbocks wrasse, two damsels, flame hawk, two bicolor blenny, diamond goby. I guess that is twelve not ten.

I think you’d be surprised. My no3 hit rock bottom last week and I noticed a little less polyp extension on a few of my corals. I cut my chaeto light down to 4 hrs at night.
