BBQing Reefers - What's on your grill/smoker?

I did not take any pictures but did Big Bod Gibson's Chicken with White Sauce last night. It turned out very good. It had been a long time since I had used the recipe.

I live in the home town of Big Bob Gibson's. Gotta love their white sauce.

Fwiw,
I first tried white sauce on barbeque chicken in Hamilton Alabama. Who knew?

While I still prefer a good rub, or French’s Cattlemen’s bbq sauce on occasion, white sauce on bbq chicken is nice for a change.

I use white sauce as a change of pace for smoked chicken. I think it goes well on a pulled pork sandwich, too. Definitely not an every cook sauce, but it does go on the table as an option for every gathering.
