Well my wife surprised me with an early Father's Day present, a large BGE! I broke it in with a rack of Duroc pork baby back ribs. Threw in some apple and hickory for the smoke.

Any one on here had Wild Fork meat? They opened up a store a few miles from me within the last month I guess. Just noticed it a few days ago. Looks kind of big for a meat store. Prices seem OK for some stuff.

Beef has really gone up the last month or so around here. Almost doubled for some cuts. I was paying under $3/lb for prime brisket back in April and now it is over $5. Looks like I will be doing pulled pork for the 4th unless someone has a good sale on ribs.
