Thanks man! I was running t5 for a long time but switched over to quanta atlas led lights probably 4 months ago. The guy who makes them I think says the light spectrum mimics metal halide as best that leds can. And pictures are taken with a cheap Nikon d3500
Ok wow yeah I know they come from Luca up north of me actually not too far. I had been very curious to try one out and this may be what I needed to give it a shot.

Thanks for the quick reply!

You should I highly recommend the atlas. I saw no negative effects from changing from t5 to them.

What Par is your diablo ? mines little less that mid tank so maybe 300 and its mostly kinda pink branches.
Most of the day it’s around 350-450, but running lighter shades of blue for about 5-hours before and after. 9am-5:30pm is the main part of the lights. I’m at 70% for about 45 minutes, but I don’t use Warm White, Red or Green LEDs at all on Radion Gen 4s

Nice that you can see the colors in daylight. Mine came in super pale and never recovered. Ended up losing it. I’m done with blue light special corals. I’m always underwhelmed with less money in my pocket lol
Honestly only teni ive had luck with and I think its just luck its a finicky coral.

That Aqua delight is a pretty looking piece.

I think so. It was a free frag added with an order of old school corals. Most of what I have purchased came for the Misc Collectables section at BattleCorals

I had mine for a year it never really took off for me either, so I moved it and it actually started looking really good then a BTA came along and whap no more insanity teni, so I've taken all but one BTA out of the tank. The one that is left is on a rock on the bottom away from the main structure if it moves Ill get rid of it lol

I got the boogeriest booger of insanity Teni locally from an accidental breakage of a frag, and it’s trying so hard to do something 👻
It’s one of my pet projects along with my Pearlberry that was extracted from the mouth of an acan… it was no polyps and only skin. I think I have about 4 polyps of it now. These little guys that don’t do anything forever are somehow appealing to me. Maybe Adam should do booger packs for dummies like me. Really high end corals but pieces that are stupid small lol. Maybe even save on shipping because of tiny bags and boxes. Mini battle boxes… I love a deal and a challenge so count me in haha
I mean almost anyone can grow a 1” frag I to a colony right. Think of the pride I’ll have 10 years from now if I can grow out these little boogers. That’s some true bonsai art stuff there.
Give me your smallest slowest growing corals and let’s watch them grow very closely.
