Best colour settings?

I have this hammer that is supposed to be purple/green but this is most I’ve been able to yet out of it under my lights.

I’ve got a AI Prime 16 HD over my Fluval Evo and I use these settings currently. Any tips for getting more colour?.

I’m also trying to tackle algae hence the shorter run time.
