I made a big(ish) order, got confirmed, never shipped after a week and a half or so, no shipping conformation, no response from support. If I can avoid ordering from their site ever again I will.
I'm surprised to hear that. I ordered most of my gear straight from them (many times) and have never had an issue. I'll keep it in mind to keep an eye on any orders I place from their website going forward though, thank you for the heads up.

Best? You asked...

Neptune Systems Lab Grade Double Junction pH Probe hooked to an Apex system with 4, 7, 10ph calibration fluid

I can predict a lot of things looking at my pH swings on my Apex history.....priceless info

I've had a couple pens from Hanna. Never would stay calibrated. The old tried and true Pinpoint meter with separate probe worked best for me. Until I dropped the meter into the sump. That's not recommended as it's not waterproof.

One reason to always have a backup of anything you test for.
I agree, but I mean to say that:

I made a big(ish) order, got confirmed, never shipped after a week and a half or so, no shipping conformation, no response from support. If I can avoid ordering from their site ever again I will.

I need a digital PH meter cause Hanna Testing messed me over

You do not need, probably would not greatly benefit from, and may well not be able to afford the "best" pH meter. It's almost certainly over a thousand dollars and the probe would be an additional several hundred dollars. :)

That said, look for 2+ point calibration as a must have. Preferably pH 7 and 10 if you only get 2.
