I made a big(ish) order, got confirmed, never shipped after a week and a half or so, no shipping conformation, no response from support. If I can avoid ordering from their site ever again I will.Curious... what happened with the Hanna?
I'm surprised to hear that. I ordered most of my gear straight from them (many times) and have never had an issue. As I said, hanna screwed me. But thanks for the suggestionI use the Neptune lab grade ph probe hooked to my Milwaukee digital.
I also have an old Hanna digital ph/tds meter thats at least 15 years old and works as well as the other.
