Hello all I have a 40 gallon tall tank that has been running for a couple months with 1 Duncan frag that has 2 heads and 1 zoa. Can someone tell me what the light PAR should be for these. I've heard bottom of tank which my tank is deep because it's so tall so the bottom of my tank is around 70 PAR. I've also heard they like a higher PAR around 120? Any help please want to make sure I'm placing it in the right spot.

those two are beginner coral so they are not that picky with light. if they look like there dieing then change it. I'm pretty sure they are fine.

My happiest zoas sit around 150 but they got there slowly from under 100. My Duncan is growing fast and is around 130-150
