Better and Sweeter than LiveAquaria

I have had terrible experience with flame angels from Liveaquaria lately. The last one came in floating and breathing hard. Survived awhile then didn’t. Very thin. To be honest was considering giving up. I hate to see them die. They have been going into a 20 long observation tank. Poor guys. Eat some then just stop and perish after a week. Tank has sand and rocks. Been up for 2 years. Will take a look at yours

26AA3561 So happy to pay shipping. Also to pay for difference between captive bred and captured fish. Would you suggest putting it into my observation tank first or directly into its permanent home? Thanks for caring. I will pay it forward.

I took care of it, Difference between captive and wild was $60 and $30 for shipping.
Invoice and order been emailed.
Let me know if I can do anything further for you.
Even though our guarantee is 7 days after delivery, but if something goes wrong still report to me I will take care of you

If you do put it in observation, do so for few days 3-5 days, no longer with no meds or any other type of treatment. simply observe and as soon as you see it eating well, cut short the observations and move it to main.

I have been ordering from liveaquaria for a few years. Received my last order from them 7/31 with no issues. I have been wanting to order again and saw the issues in November so stayed away for a few months. I gave it two months and order again over the weekend. Package was supposed to be received today. Tracking number still just shows label created. I’ve been wanting a blonde naso tang and ordered it. Looks like they couldn’t fill that order along with cleaner wrasse. Who knows what I’m going to get and when. Accurate delivery dates is huge for me. I’m a pharmacist and work 11 hour days. I can’t miss work and interfere with pharmacy operations. I have to work these deliveries around my days off. I wish I saw this business before I ordered but this will be my last with liveaquaria at least for awhile

When you say most orders ship in 3-7 days, is there any way to coordinate this with the customers availability to receive? Or some accurate way to anticipate arrival?

with us you will get a specific date and and day, as per your request and the order will ship and deliver according to your needs and arranagement. (unless ups delays or some weather or mechanical failure on the ups part happens, which is all beyond our control)

I am so excited to be getting my little Flame angel tomorrow.

Thank you again

Liveaquaria first told my order was delayed due to weather. Then i requested to have delivered for friday then they said my order wasnt impacted by weather and would ship last night. Got shipment confirmation email. Never shipped. Emailed them today and saying order didnt ship because of national holiday and would resume shipping today. Asked for delivery for Friday again and no response. Been calling phone for 2 days.

I checked out the website and registered. I’ll look to place an order with you once I get this figured out

Blonde naso and cleaner wrasse not coming this took my total $27 short of free shipping so now they are charging me for shipping. No option to add on order or waive shipping. Last order with them.

I’m going to order blonde naso tang from your site and hold the tomini I get from them in acclamation box so they can be introduced to DT together.

I am sorry you have to go through this, With us there is a (must answer) question at checkout where you have to let us know what day and date you are available. We ship accordingly and 99.5% of the time ups delivers on that date, Again there are dome weather related issues with use but you will have a tracking number and progress of the package though each city/state its going through etc.

We will match any in stock livestock price, match your credits, rewards, anything liveaquaria owe to you etc, just screenshot us a proof and we will match that as well.
We want to provide better service to people and less headaches.

@Dr. Reef any idea what the timing and pricing is going to be like for potters angels? It’s my holy grail fish; unfortunately I just can’t afford Biota’s captive bred prices…

Hi, I would say about couple of months maybe.
Captive bred is tiny and will likely not survive.

My dream.is the chevron tang. What size do you normally stock Dr. Reef? Are small 2-3" normally available?

At the moment we have very small size 1-1.25". They are in the grow tank so soon they will be able to sell once they do go above 2"

My purple masked angel arrived at 3/4 inch from Biota. First didn't make it a day. Replacement just as small and going on 2 years.

Its a hit and miss with them when they are that tiny, and alot of money for a 1/2" fish.
Glad your 2nd one made it.

I received my captive bred flame angel. Placed in my softy tank to recover from his trip to me. Looks great. Bit shy so leaving her alone. Covered my clam so it doesn't become a snack.
