And fortunately I have several tanks. I kept little Bandit in a small peaceful tank for a year.

Will keep you posted on the little guys progress. The only other fish in there is a male mandarin and some tiny blue fish my husband had to have.

Update on Liveaquaria order. I received the order at 11:30am they were in rough shape. I have all the fish in acclimation box. All 4 azure damsels pretty much DOA. Looks like they have all passed 9 hours later. Royal gramma swam upside down for a few hours but now seems gone. Yellow coris wrasse looks like it won’t make it. Tomini tang and sixline wrasse may pull thru. Seems these fish have been packed in bags and just not shipped Monday for whatever reason.

Would strongly advise to stay away from Liveaquaria. It’s a shame I have used them for 90% of my orders on tank 10 years ago and over the last 1.5 years on newer tank. I have always been satisfied. I was really hoping they were making a comeback

I just pulled 3 damsels out of box. Nassarius snails were trying to get them thru box. Ill be heading your way soon

At the moment we have very small size 1-1.25". They are in the grow tank so soon they will be able to sell once they do go above 2"

How long do you think it will take for them to grow large enough. Couple months?

Will do. I have put some paper on the tank next to it to block out the view of those fish. And keeping back from the little guy. Also lowered the lights.

All the reviews I’ve read say the captive bred ones come in very small and no one has kept them for more than a few months. Not sure I would want my name attached to that. I ask that when you guys get more in and you have one that is readily eating with no issues please let me know

Captive bred multibar does not survive long. Neither in qt nor in main tanks. Its survival is very low. We tried leaving them in our grow tanks but no luck. Its a fish we dont recommend getting

Then why sell or have on your site for sale. Definitely misleading. Cause on yiur site it says you have them eating pellets and prepared foods already and it boasts the advantages of buying one captive bred over lfs. I’m glad I talked it over with a fellow reefer cause I was about to take the plunge on 2 or 3 just because of what your site says. I do appreciate you guys honestly and transparency

Anyone that asks us about any fish, we tell them the truth. We dont try to make a quick buck, Its upto the customer after our advice either to take it or leave it. Certain wholesalers and breeders require us to carry all their products regardless of their survival rate.

Awesome, very few survive and I am glad yours did.
We make sure they are eating in our facility but beyond that we have no control. They do go into hunger strike and sometimes do not come out of it.

I got two from Dr. Reef that were approximately 3". They are both eating and active.

I am so glad to hear some of the folks have them long term. We are looking for a better source that would be good most all the time rater than a hit and miss like we have currently.
