My bicolor blenny is dying. Yesterday was fine, this morning I couldn't find him after a while I found him on the sand, looks like on the side a bit. I put him in quarantine tank with an air stone I can see him trying to swim when I touch him, but the tail looks like paralize. I don't understand if is swim bladder, ich or velvet. I see on him few white spot, but could be the oxigen, im not sure! No new addition, in the tank since 2 months, he was doing ok. Pls help before he die. He dont want to eat

Unfortunately need better video under brighter light. First video has too much shimmer and second is top down. Need to see side of fish
Also what foods are you offering this fish?

It could have flukes, that would make it scratch like that. I got a brief glimpse of possible white spots though - it could have marine ich also.

Agree on flukes and will require PraziPro treatment as follows in a separate treatment tank:
To be safe , dose at 85% of recommended and apply initial dosage known as an interval for 8 days, do a water change and do one more 8 day dose interval
Use airstone with prazi as it does reduce both oxygen and appetite. If running a skimmer, leave cup off first 24 hrs as skimmer will go nuts from the glycol solution in Prazi
