I've had this Midas Blenny for roughly a month now, but I just noticed the last three days he hasn't really swam. Just stays in his little cave underneath the Zoas until it's time to eat, and he may swim around for a few and grab some food but then he immediately spits it back out. I haven't seen him eat in at least 3 days.

During this span, I really noticed a spot under his right fin. Can't make out exactly what it is, nor can I seem to get any good pictures.. I'll post the few that MAY have some lead or help with identifying whatever may be happening.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I'm not good with disease or injury identification but with him not eating, it's not a good sign. Add some lethargy into it and it's definitely a cause for concern. My guess would be some sort of internal parasite as a high possibility. Hopefully @Jay Hemdal can chime in.

This blenny is skinny and may have edema in which it feeds off it’s liver
If eating, what foods are you feeding it?

LRS Reef Frenzy Nano

I bought some "Vita Chem" to soak my food in and that should be shipped to me within the next day or so. I feed them once a day and he seems to be the only one to not eat.

Do you recommend possibly trying some brine shrimp? or anything else?

Brine shrimp often an enticer and if Edema as suspected, will continue to refuse food

Sorry - the pics aren't close enough to really see much. If the blenny is skinny, that is pretty common with this species, I posted about that here:

He died, looked like his stomach lining was coming out almost.. He was really skinny in the stomach, but it also didn't eat for 4 straight days..

Sorry to hear. Four days of not eating wouldn't cause the fish to become so thin. I suspect that this is due to that "skinny blenny" issue that I linked for you.
