Just like the title says I was trying to catch a file fish who was eating my corals to return him to the store and he freaked out my Bicolor Foxface and it jumped into my overflow box now what do I do?
Any help here would be nice. I know I cannot pick him up with my hands and take him out, don't want to go to the ER on Super Bowl Sunday.

Thick, long rubber gloves would work if you can get your hands in. If possible drain some of the water first.
Well I pulled him out. He was coming up to the surface for help so used to small nets to scoop him back to the tank. All is well. Thanks for the help.
