I purchased a Trio of Bimaculatus Anthias 4 days ago and are currently in QT. One of the fish was badly beaten by the more aggressive Anthia. Fins battered and some small wounds on its body. I removed the battered Anthia and placed it into a separate QT by itself. I left it in as long as I could so the anthias could hash out the dominance but don't think the badly beaten Anthia could have survived an other day. Does anyone recommend I treat with an antibiotic or other medication to help it heal? If so all recommendations are appreciated.

A MB bath will help heal the injury: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/methylene-blue.257467/

Odds of infection run high with these scenarios, so I would next give him a bath using an antiseptic: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/acriflavine.282887/

Once he is back in QT, I would treat with an antibiotic: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/antibiotics.283711/

Thanks you so much Humblefish. I really want to save her. I will give this a shot. I'm guessing if she's able to heal, the aggression will start over again if I add these 3 back together. I have a second tank and she might just go into my other tank alone.
