Biocube 32 setup help

Just stability I guess I have just always used a skimmer on my Biocube.

This is my Biocube 32 it has a 29 hood with a black box led retrofitted inside. I also changed out some of the led chips. I’m running a hydor slim skim in chamber 1. The intank media rack with floss and poly filter and chemipure blue and refugium in chamber 2. And a jebao dc2000 and heater in chamber 3. And I also do a 4g water change once a week I hope that helps

How do you like the slim skim? I had a tunze 9001 before I got my al115 and that thing was so temperamental. Also wouldn't fit chamber 1 which was my goal.

That's a genius idea to grab a 29g hood for the skimmer in chamber 1. Better than cutting a hole. Did you retrofit the hood with the 32g led before you went with the black box setup?

Thanks I had a 29g setup and bought a replacement 32g tank only from amazon so I just transferred everything over

dang that's a beautiful cube! Do you have any recent pictures? I know it's a very old thread but I came across it looking for tips on mine and just had to comment on how great yours looks
