I was told I am allowed to keep the biocube going as well. I’m not sure what’s its focus will be however. I thought about a nem tank. The pistol and the goby will not make the move to the new tank either. I want lots of sand beauties in that one and I don’t want them hurried by the bulldozer.

My remaining cleaner shrimp disappeared. Likely died over night and then consumed by CUC. I’m done trying them until I get the big tank up and running.

Sorry That really sucks. Recently losing one as well.... after years. Price tag sucks, losing lifestock sucks.

Nope… I had one that was clearly old when I first got My biocube. It lived a long time and molted every two weeks like clockwork. It was huge and then passed. Ever since then I cant keep them alive over 3 months. I have been dosing iodide thinking maybe low levels were causing failed molts. However, I still lost the last two that were gifts even with doing that. ‍.

However, the fact that I need to redo the plumbing, did slow things down a bit.

It'll be for the better, off the bat. Durso's can be loud and finicky. A Herbie is a huge step up in functionality and sound.
