I received this yellow tang last week from @Dr. Reef in perfect health. He is my favorite fish in the tank already. He is no longer in the acclimation box. I’ll send updated pictures on a later day. I have the tank on blackout most of the day and some mirrors until I can get the purple tang to accept the yellow or els I’ll get rid of the purple.

No, we are located in Oklahoma. We are trying to provide customers a new home when liveaquaria quits.
We are already located in 3 separate warehouse (not by choice but by chance), Over time as business grew, we went from Dr Reefs garage to 1st loaction that we out grew and then to 2nd and now 3rd, but eventually we are working on our own land we purchased and trying to build our very own sections of warehouses.

Recently placed my first fish order with you (about 10 days ago). I did receive an email that my order was received and another that my fish were in QT. What’s next and when do I pay?? Not in a hurry to pay of course and it’s refreshing to not have to pay when submitting order ( like virtually every other vendor!). Just curious on the process and making sure I understand it!

Yes we do not charge like other vendors at checkout. Reason for that is because we are not selling you anything physical at the time of checkout. Our service is specialized service and during qt some fish may not live or may not look ok to ship so we dont charge till a few days prior to shipping. Taking off or replacing (with clients consent) that doesnt pass final inspection. Then and then only once we have the final invoice ready, we send out a link to pay, depending on how you would like that link to be sent. Most prefer Paypal invoice link, some that dont have paypal like stripe, or some prefer to pay via venmo or zelle.
I would expect the invoice about 7 days or so prior to shipping.
