Black Maxi Mini?

Has anyone ever heard of a black maxi mini? I found one that looks black but I thought for some reason that black was one of the colors they do not come in.

I just looked at it and not only am I wondering if it will hold the color, but IMO WT pics have the weirdest lighting. Not sure exactly what it is but something is different than just about any other place I've seen. Regardless, the one I found looks just like it except it literally costs about 85 percent less. Might have to pick it up. I cant understand why it could cost that much when others go for so much less. Even some of their others. But that's besides the point.

I wouldn't worry about maxi mini nems losing their color. I've had one lost under the rocks, getting very little light for more than a month, and then found it moving out into the open. Even after that much time, it hadn't changed a bit. I've had it for over a year now, and it's been the same after I changed my lights too. I don't think they morph much, which might explain why a vendor would charge more for a coloration that they haven't run across before. That's fine by me though.

I agree but you have to admit black is an unusual color in most corals. (or nems...)

I think it is possible but I cant really back it up,lol.

I think black is unique but it wont look bright even under all blue leds....It would be a true collector anemone imo.

Not to get off topic but I haven't seen him for a while. I'm hoping he is just pulling a goby. (You know how they disappear for weeks sometimes and then just reappear like nothing)

The pistol is good though.
