Blasto is shrivelled

I got this red blasto 2 days ago from my lfs, it was a bit bigger then but not fully extended, the person said it's because he had changed water or lighting (sorry I don't remember) but when I got it it's even more shrivelled then at the lfs and it's at the lowest placement in the tank (sandbed) and it hasn't puffed up since, picture related. I did a water change yesterday as well, thanks for your help guys.

Mouth looks open slightly more open than normal .. did you dip it in anything before putting it in your tank? I'd recommend a iodine dip or a dip that includes iodine just to be on the safe side ..

Yes I have dipped it in iodine before it is put into my tank.

then just cross your fingers I guess .. I've had blastos looking like that and worse rebound ... at the same time, I've had blastos looking like that not make it as well. Best you can do is put it in low light and moderate flow area, and make sure no tank inhabitants (fish, crabs, shrimp) are bugging it ... if it starts puffing up, then you can try to feed it, but usually I try not to feed corals that are trying to recover in-order to prevent any additional undue stress.
