The last time I touched blood worms was when I was 9 years old and fed my Siamese fighting fish freeze dried blood worms. I remember as a kid if I rubbed my eye after it would irritate me a lot and I would have to flush my eyes with water.
Last night I got frozen blood worms to feed my new CBB. Well, a little later I rubbed my eye and it started itching. Then it got worse..in both eyes. My eyes got red, and then started swelling up. A little later my hands turned red. It was horrible!! I just laid there on the couch in agony until it was over. My wife offered to get medicine but I just let it pass by itself.
Anyone else with this allergy?
