Blue light may cause blindness

Well, if I’m not staring at my phone, or a computer screen, I’m staring at my super blue, super bright, reef tank. I do notice when running the LEDs bright and blue it causes more eye strain (but the corals are popping). Even a “white” tank has a ton of blue light pouring into it. Sigh...
