Blue Tang Mark?

Hi all,

Got a tiny blue tang that I have in an observation tank. Haven’t medicated yet. Had him for a week now. 2 days ago marks popped up around his shoulder. Thought it was a scratch but hasn’t gone away. Thoughts? Doesn’t appear to be ich or velvet so maybe flukes? Thinking of treating with Prazi and seeing if that helps.

Was feeding during the pics so ignore all the floating shrimp.

Pics are fuzzy but may be scrapes as they wedge themselves within rocks

Hope these are a bit better. Used a filter but still a bit cloudy. He’s got a few white spots down near the pectoral fin.

Observe and if it worsens or becomes sore will need to be treated in a separate tank using seachem canaplex

Update. The chromis in the tank now has large white spots on all of his fins. Doesn’t appear to be ich but I’m certainly no expert. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
