Actually just saw this in one of the comments:

"Absolutely! One really cool feature of Bondic is that is waterproof and can work underwater, so if you put the UV light in a zip lock bag or something transparent and waterproof, you can swim down to the tear and place a drop of Bondic on the hole and cure it through the zip lock (to make sure the light does not get wet)!"
