Thought I would share this. I’ve had this one for quite some time and it has been doing well. A week or two ago I noticed my salinity was a little low so I dissolved some sale in a small container and added it to a high flow area. There was a small amount of undissolved crystals that fell out and some of them landed on the borneman anemone. It closed up for a day or so and reopened and did accept food. Today I noticed that it had split. Probably was from the salt incident but fortunately otherwise the parameters are good and stable.

Also a picture in natural light prior to the split

Borneman reproduce asexually by several ways, trauma, pedal laceration (the anemone move leave some of the foot behind and it grow into a new anemone) and pinching (the column pinched and the top flow to another place and attach while the food grow a new mouth and oral disc with tentacles.
