Bounce?

I bought this mushroom earlier this year and it didn't look anything like this at the time, it was about the size of a quarter. It's now bigger and has the bubbles, did I buy a Bounce mushroom without even knowing it?

That is a neat looking shroom. It looks to have the 'bounce' however, I believe the bounce may be a type of condition in the coral. I believe I once read it's similar to what a tumor or cancer would be. I wish I could remember where I read that at. It was here on R2R I think. I hope someone will chime in with more insight!

From what I've heard, all mushrooms have the potential to bounce but some are more likely than others and those are the ones you see for sale like the WWC OG Bounce.
