Brain Coral Frag ID/Help

I won this frag at our local club meeting and it was a dark tan color with green eyes. Now the tan part has totally turned white, the eyes are still green though. I started it on the sandbed and moved it up about 1/3 of the way. Its getting moderate flow. SG 1.026 Temp 78 Nitrates ~1, Phosphates test 0, pH 8.2, Calc 500, dKa 8. Not quite sure what's going on with it. A few of my SPS have seemed less than happy too. My lights are on for 12 hours with maximum output for 4. Where this LPS is it should be getting about 120-150 PAR

Looks like a favia on its way out. Id move it back down to less light and flow. Chances are it wont make it. Your calcium is a tad high but i wouldnt imagine it'd cause this.

Any idea why it would look so crappy? I don’t have crazy bright lights or anything. Running a current orbit ic and aquatic life reef edge on my 75
