Seeming this is a twin spot, you’ll need a white light photo (or video) for us to say if he’s healthy.

However, signs of him being unhealthy or unhappy are;
- Hunger Strikes (Is he feeding or not)
- Pacing (Is he constantly running along the glass constantly)
- Picky but feeding (If he is feeding, how does he feed - is it anything or is he being selective with smaller bits)
- Skinniness (How fat is he? Can you see his spine?)
- Breathing Rate (Is he breathing quickly - this can be a sign of stress or disease)

They’re the main ones IME, but there are other signs like is he showing ich, fluke or velvet signs - white spotting over the body or flicking his body along rocks and the sand.

It’s difficult to see in these pictures.
Is it eating? Picking at the rocks to scrape algae?

No I am just making sure I am not missing anything that I should know it is just my first time keeping one of these guys
You’ll find that these guys are easy once established, mine is 4.5-5 years now and I’ve had more issues with my angels and wrasses when it comes to deaths/disease than I have with this tang.
