BRS GFO High Output VS ROWAPHOS?

Whoops,I mean high capacity not high output...lol

Would like to get some of your thoughts on which media do you like running better in your media reactor? I have used both and i think that I get better results using the GFO High Capacity vs the Rowaphos.. I know every situation is different but still would like to her some of your opinions. Rowaphos says that will not leach back p04 into the tank but there is no scientific data to back that up, at least that i could find on the net.

BRS High Capacity, seems to have better flow, doesn't clump as easily, less fine particles, rinses faster, removes more, use less, it's the best
