I want to switch to Randy's recipe 2 &1/4 cup cooked baking soda in a gallon of RODI water (Recipe #1, part 2 below) and have been using BRS liquid sodium bicarbonate. My question is how close are these mixtures? I currently dose 16 ML/day. His chart shows .5 ml/gal/day for a mixed tank which equates to 21.5 ML/day roughly for me (43 gallons). Thoughts for starting out?

BRS uses my recipes. My recipe using baked baking soda as their soda ash recipe, and my recipe using unbaked baking soda is their sodium bicarbonate recipe.
