Update: It's been about 10 days since I've begun my Kent Tech M treatment (1800-1900) and it is working...got a couple bigger plants that are trying to hang on, but I'm going to go in and hand trim them and probably run the Tech M another week.
There have been recent reports that Tech M no longer works because of a change in the formulation. Do a search and see what you find for recent posts.
^ what about this? First I've heard that Tech M was reformulated...@steve maxwell this might be a fruitless path.

FWIW I had a buddy who had a severe bryopsis takeover. He let it go for so long that it was blocking light to his sand bed. What he did was use bryopsis' strength to it's disadvantage.

He pulled out the rocks one at a time and then grabbed on to the bryopsis with a needle nosed pliers and literally pulled them out. The root of these things are so strong that you can pull them all the way out - he said some came out as far as 24". It took a while but he managed to get it all and it hasn't returned.

Well, if they reformulated then I must have an old batch because it is working...either that or it might be hit-or-miss ;) I'll remember the needle nosed pliers suggestion if it comes back. I tried scrubbing a couple of my smaller rocks, but the one that has the most on it is my big main display piece which is heavy and has coral attached (which I didn't want to risk losing)...plus that sucker is heavy!
