I was working on my bi-weekly water change and this week I cleaned out all my equipment in my tank. Well, when I was looking in the sump, I noticed quite a bit of either GHA or Bryprosis in the sump of my AIO.

Any tips on removing or whatnot and how to keep it from spreading? I'm starting to notice spots in my display with it now too.

Paper towels work wonders. Things will stick to them. Once done siphon out the missed bits.
I would put a piece of filter floss or something around where the water flows back into the tank after cleaning just to catch any loose strans
