BTA sick? Or dead?

Last night added a BTA, he was vibrant and spread out and looked happy. I spot fed him and now this morning the water is cloudy and he has split into 3 pieces. One looks like a white ball of nothing.
2 clowns
Fluval 307 filter
Fluval marine 3.0 light
Power head
Parameters are-tank is about a month old.
Ph 8.2
No2 1
No3 0
Salinity 1.024
Ammonia .25 maybe.
I am running carbon in my filter.

The pic is pretty unclear….can you get better pics? How old is your tank? Nems need a mature system and nutrients. They need nitrates and phosphates. Also….that light will likely not be sufficient for an anemone.

just saw tanks only a month old. It definitely can’t support an anemone. Best to wait a minimum of 6-9 months for an anemone.
 
Tank is far too young for a nem. Looks like you’ve used life rock and it’s bare of biodiversity. If you can get the nem into a friends tank or back to LFS until you’re tank is established, that would be best.
