Bubble Tip Anemone w/ its Clowns.

So, with the new additions of equipments, overall I'm pretty happy. The lagoon mode is nice on the mixed reef. And the XR15 is as advertised. Combined with a good maintenance schedule with weekly water testing things hopefully will keep a good homeostasis
The new lid comes this week,so that will cut down evaporation some. And I will be adding the Helio Heating system later this month as well. Really I shoulda bought an IM tank and did all this in retrospect, but that's really so I could get a legit media basket other than the cup one.

Water tests done today had a great drop in Phosphates thanks to tighter feeding for the corals.
Phos: .03ppm down from .14ppm last week
Nitrate: 3.9ppm down from 4.6ppm last week.
All results from Hannah meters.

Make sure you don't hit 0 with those Phosphates.

Officially, this is Jem,the Truly Outrageous Bubble Tip Anemone. She is pretty and cool. I'd say Jem is about 6-7" when "fully" open during the day

I have a Joker. They stay small - usually no more than 2"-3" when fully grown. The one in my DT is about 4.5" right now so I'm expecting a split sometime soon...

Nice dude! Good variety. I have a small speckled green one too that's on the back of the rocks but comes out for light all day. Prob about 3"
The female clown was flicking Jem with her tail a bit today and definitely just hovering, but still no in the nem behaviors witnessed.

Anemone Crab was out looking beefy.

Nothing really on a Wed here. My Kraken Reef lid comes tomorrow though! Super stoked about that.

I think I will be going back to my favorite Nano Skimmer in this tank. The Reef Octopus NS80. I don't mind the one in the tank but,the reef octopus will be a bit smaller foot print and I like the design quite a bit more.

@Kraken Reef lid for the Hello Reef AIO 15 gallon. We got the center section covered and the optional feeding port. Overall very happy with fit and finish on product. Good piece of mind and doesn't distract from the tank, really ties it together, rug style.

Reef Octopus NS80 ordered should be here sometime next week. Current skimmer isnt bad or anything, but, I am fan of these in past tanks. Also love Reef Octopus.

Rainbow Stylo flowing today.

Keep an eye on those Pandoras, they grow fast and will even throw clumps off. Great way to get some frags to give or sell.
