Hey all, looking to set up a small jar pico for my desk.

I was originally going to use a PAR38 tuna blue bulb, but I can only find them for $80 CAD here.

Any other bulbs or pico friendly fixture recommendations would be appreciated.

Just ordered this thing from Aliexpress for my new 2.5 gal that I’m starting up. It has pretty good reviews for such a cheap light.

35 bucks for the light and timer, not bad. On Amazon the same light is $35 alone.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
