C-vue filter sock conversion

Just random question, does anyone know of a conversion kit for cvue duke socks? The random D shape really limits me in what I can buy and fire my purposes the material they're made of is more of a headache than they're worth. If anyone knows of a kit or made one please get back to me.

Nice, what baskets do you have? I'm still battling mine. One week they clean up well the next they barely last a couple days.
