Also the China now has no trace of ever having injured herself :)

Tank hasn't been fed since yesterday morning. Little fish are in and out of the trap. Tomini has gone in, marine betta has gone in. Chocolate will not.

Chocolate sleeps in an inaccessible gap in the rockwork so I can't even play that game :rolleyes:

Yes, black cichlid sand I had left over. Couldn't find a reasonable quantity of silica sand yet so I'll replace this later

The tomani has gone in multiple times, and while I want to catch her as well I'm waiting and hoping that she shows the chocolate how to get in and the chocolate follows.

Not familiar with that substrate but of coarse it may leave little marks that will heal fast on fish

Fairy super active & eating well.

No idea what happened, nugget was visible this morning in sand, saw him on camera swimming around during the day, got home from work to him dead. :crying-face:

Alright, it's been a very stressful 2 weeks in general - between work, tank stuff, and house stuff.

Because of this: I'm taking some extra time off, my store is being bratty about it & I'm sure they're going to go out of their way to pester me and make it worthless. It's not even much, I'm just taking Monday & Tuesday. I'm already off Sunday and Wednesday. So I'll be out 4 days.

Tuesday we finally close. So at least that stress will move along to the next stage (all the building hiccups & problems I'm sure will pop up).

Still can't catch the chocolate, someone keeps tripping the door though. Matt says he released it 3x yesterday. I had to fix it when I got home. And this morning I had to fix it as well.

Added more nori this morning and am watching the tangs & foxy all try to get at it from the wrong side.

Why is my foxy so much smarter than the other fish. Just swam in, picked nori out of the clip and took it out for everyone else :rolleyes:

Also the sailfin went in and can't figure out how to get out. Only trying *down*
