I think blennies are so cool. Since you have a bi-color already, definitely pass on another addition. They'll fight. Urchins should help keep rocks maintained. Fox should do most of the work.

That's what I thought. Hopefully he's not going anywhere any time soon, I adore him. Now I'm worried, search says 2-4 year lifespan. I've had this guy almost 4 now!

I'll plan on my tux, fox, bicolor keeping any stray algae under control & go from there if it doesn't work out.

I hope he gives you a few more good years. I never like to think about lifespan, sometimes it's too short.

Turned off alk dosing yesterday, tested this afternoon - same level.

Might actually need to do a w/c if it doesn't start dropping :rolleyes:

New doser coming Wednesday as well, considering taking the cal offline and testing/manually dosing tomorrow and Wednesday to be safe and monitor more closely. As of right now it is still stable & online. My alk has always been a little weird in this tank. Dosing at like 3x the cal to keep it stable.

I'm honestly hoping the loss of the stunner let's me switch back to afr. That thing sucked up so much ALK that I couldn't dose afr properly without supplementing ALK anyway or my cal & mag would skyrocket.

First shot: super sore arm for a few days, tired the night of.

Second shot: late night/early morning high fever. Mostly fine by next day. No arm soreness.

First booster: late night/early morning high fever. High fever most of next day. No arm soreness.

Got 2nd booster at 9am today, mild fever by 1030am. Mild fever & headache on and off throughout the day, not bad enough that I couldn't stay at work and finish my day. Just super friggin tired now & arm is super sore like it was the very first shot. If this one behaves like the first then I should be fine tomorrow, if it behaves like the 2nd shot or 1st booster then I'm in for a rough night and probably rough day tomorrow as well

I need to do wc and receive a box of goodies and receive a couple crates of goodies tomorrow so fingers crossed it passes fine. I have a lot to do.

Mine have all been Pfizer. I'll take a bad shot reaction over covid any day though. 2 years face to face with randos all day every day and I haven't gotten it yet. Only reason I got a 2nd booster is we're headed to Cocoa next week and New Orleans beginning of August. New varieties of gross people to have to interact with.

I feel like garbage already, I'd rather be in bed still. SOMEONE started whining at 5am and then again at 6am and then again at 7am, I finally gave in at 8 and took him for his walk. Its disgustingly hot outside and I have a fever so that was delightful. Then I get home to see this.

Why does this inevitably only happen to live boxes?

We have 2 other UPS packages headed in today, they're naturally both fine.
