Do I spend $50 in shipping to get the two corals I require from MF or do I spend an additional $75 in coral to hit free shipping :thinking-face:

That is where you have to be quick about moving it away from other fish. I typically do it at about lights on or off and once the fish settle down. Damsels are very protective of their sleeping spots, so wait until they are about settled and drop it near them. They ill hit it with a fury and usually the other fish won't come close.
My lantern basslet is a little ninja, I'm convinced she'll nab it. She appears out of nowhere sometimes.

Wouldn’t be much of a decision for me.

I have to admit I do like the pics on the AquaCoral site. Most appear to be under whiter light which is something not seen much anymore.

That is a possibility.

You could always try a bottle trap. May end up with the wrong fish a time or 2, but they also work well.

I take the end of the bottle and heat it up with a heat gun to reshape it into more of a slot that a circle. This allows for fish slightly larger than the round 20 oz bottle end to fit in there, but still keeps larger fish out. If fish won't fish trough that, then I use a gatorade bottle and do the same thing.

I agree, and they've got some nice whole tank photos showing everything together which always gives me inspiration. Again, I have a long polyp toadstool, a sinularia nub, and a cabbage that's TAKING OFF that I got from them and all 3 arrived in excellent condition. Shipping is rough when there's only one thing on my list though @ 60 to ship a $30 rock of cloves lol

Screw it, tossing in the green pipe organ. Never played with one of those.

I fully intend to add more sponges like the red branching and purple plating in the future. I want to let some other things fill in a little better first though because I know they'll take over if they have the opportunity. At least, that was my experience with the purple in the old tank.

added to the MF cart,

I thought the green pipe organ pushed you over the threshold for free corals with purchase of $75 shipping.
Hah yes, you're correct
