He chatters all the time when he's super happy. Especially if he can con us both into going out back on a breezy day - then he's non-stop chatters

We did a 3 year job assignment in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and our first night there was -34 It stayed that cold for a few months at a time. My poor little dog just rolled over on his back. I had to go buy him little booties and winter coat so he could go outside. It took 20 minutes just to get him dressed to go out.
After he finally got use to the boots it didn’t take as long though.
