I've always had good success with them so long as there's no one feasting on them. Wish I could just pop some in the cube

I added 20 to my tank.. idk if the blue star leopard wrasse ate them or my peppermint shrimp ugh… the peppermints sure don’t eat aiptasia haha! The nudis did a great job then just up and vanished! Along came my cooperband and the rest was history! Haven’t seen any aiptasia in a couple months.

I've tried copperbands a few times and fail every single time to get them eating well enough, I really hope the stripey is the solution. My guess is the wrasse ate the nudis though, I know my dusky does

Will be assembling the algae scrubber I got for the peninsula and measuring out how much tubing I'll need for everything in the sump as well.

Forgot to add.... I've watched my marine betta eat shrimp the size of his head so peps are out for me :loudly-crying-face:

That would be my guess also.. or 1 of the 3 wrasses.. but I’ve heard peppermint shrimps eat them also and I added 7 of them like 6 months ago that took out one huge aiptasia then just stay upside down under rocks and eat fish food now dang it! lol.

When I busted my knuckle and my right hand was out of commission for like 3 weeks, I lost my pods and phyto cultures. Just finally got everything set up to start again - need to place an order. Set up a little mini greenhouse station in the house for that and seedlings. Currently have like 8 watermelon sprouts and a variety of other things.

Appt went well, easy approval - plenty of documentation to support it.

Caught up on every thread but Franks (working on it) while I try again to watch HotD since I abandoned it 2 episodes in last attempt.... Matt Smith looks like he's wearing a mask of his own face and it really irks me.

Not quite in love with the spectrum. The old one had more customizable ability. I don't feel like this one is as bright?

Considering digging the old light out today and swapping. Minimaxis lost a lot of color quickly and idk if it's the light or just moving stress - but I moved them with water from the other tank and the rock they were already on.

Maybe test the cube today as well? :thinking-face:
