I had no clue. I guess i figured they were standing on their tail, maybe another 2" more than what sticks out the sand.
Pretty too, i like the one with freckles!

I think it's finally going to rain today!

Headed to work shortly so won't really be able to enjoy it, but happy to see it coming.

Little noodle deer is doing well, finally starting to look like she's putting on weight and getting closer to where she should be.

I think the peninsula has a stagnation problem. I have 2 powerheads and a gyre. I am remembering disliking the gyre back with the old tank - but not entirely wanting to put powerheads on that end for visual reasons.

Stuck.

Overflow end has a big powerhead on each side of it also.

I'll send photos tonight or tomorrow.

That side seems fine - about halfway through the tank it seems to just drop off. I turned the return up and the powerheads up to an extent, but if I turn them up further I think the stuff on that side will be very upset

Rained yesterday, nature in my yard is pleased. Looks like it may rain again Friday, hopefully....

Paid closer attention while feeding today, before trying to replace the crossflow on the far end I think I'm going to rearrange some rock - It looks like they may be blocking. Then, in addition, angle it a little differently. It appears as though it's facing further downward than is truly beneficial.

In fact, I'm about to start on that project.

Absolutely. And it wasn't one of those fast and heavy ones that drain off and evaporate because the sun is blasting again a few minutes later. The ground actually got a chance to saturate.

Yes,here also. Its been off and on rain since about 7 or 8 last night

The last couple of days that called for rain here barely even sprinkled.

My shoulder hurts.

Rocks moved around, slightly. Some sumped.

Crossflow cleaned, turned up, angled differently. We'll see if it helps.

Glass scraped.
