I transfer most of my money into my savings acct - 30 min on hold with the bank, was told ongoing maintenance caused the overdraft that popped up in my checking (from the transfer to my savings). They tell me I have to talk to the cc line to get it reversed. The cc line answers IMMEDIATELY and says that no, the checking line handles that, she keeps sending people back to them all day about it. So, another 30 min hold :rolleyes:

It just really ticks me off because she started the whole thing telling me that it was an error, due to ongoing maintenance, and that it never should have come through. But I'm the one who has to sit here and go back and forth to fix this bull. Over an hour for absolutely no resolution, but to know confidently that it's their f**g fault.
