Didn't manage to get my corals glued where I want them today but I did manage to get my cabinet put together and all my wires organized! Any suggestions on anything I can do to improve it? The last picture is what it was like before.

So glad you updated that wiring, I was pouring in salt water during a water change. Hit the rim of the tank and sloshed a couple of gallons on the floor before righting the bucket. Shocked myself. I fixed my issue that week.

And love the new cabinet.

Now anything that could get damaged by getting wet is up off the ground just incase! I was really lucky that day that the snail got in the drain pipe and caused the over flow that I was right there and kicked power before anything got damaged or I got shocked.

Yesterday I added a camera to my tank. I didn't really need a camera but it was cheap so I figured why not. I also glued my new corals to their spots and I added an arrow crab I have named Henry to the tank to help with bristleworm population plus I just think they are neat looking. First video is from the new camera, second is all my corals.

Looking good!

Does Tim know you've taken his last name for online uses? 🤣

So Beautiful Amanda, so many additions since this time last year! Did you get your video camera from Amazon and what is the brand?

Tank has come along nicely. Have you thought about wifi power strips like the kasa? I don't think I can go back to other strips now lol. I you can turn them off remotely anywhere not just at home. So if the camera you bought (which I will also be doing eventually lol) catches something, you can shutoff. Also great for turning off equipment for maintenance as it kills the power to the item completely.

I have a Kasa strip on my 125 gallon freshwater tank for the lights. I also have several single Kasa outlets on other tanks for lights as well. I don't know if Kasa makes one big enough for all the plugs for the saltwater but I guess I could buy multiples. Or just plug the current surge protector into one of my extra single Kasa plugs that way if there is an emergency and I'm not home I can kill power to the tank.
