Can you get another picture when it opens more ?
First I was thinking some type of paly or zoa but I’m beginning to think different after zooming in more

that is it fully open and i dont think zoa as i have loads of them lol

as far as a common name, they look like “mean green” Zoas. Photo attached for comparison :)
