Can anyone identify these things that stick to the glass?

Every few days my back wall is covered in these things & in a few small random sections of the tank and sump. They stick on as well. Is it a bacteria or something more sinister.

It looks like algea. Try a pic with white light and maybe they will look different, hard to tell otherwise.

I found these the other day. Looks like eggs .

Looks like cyano. I would remove it and increase flow in that area.

That's where the filter inlet goes. No water flow hardly at all. Cyano, ok thanks.
